Project: Audit Data Management
Transcore is a popular toll management company in US. Thousands of cars pass through the big toll plazas which are managed by Transcore.Since there are different types of lanes , like fully automated, semi automated , manual etc, there is a need to audit the data generated each day. The audit highlights the defaulters if any. Since the data generated is huge , 1 M records over a month , it is crucial to select audits judiciously.
The purpose of this project was to automate the process of assigning the toll plaza audits to different auditors , create different audit schedules and fetch data for that schedule, capture auditor’s inputs on each record , approval/rejection workflow, capture ad-hoc records for audits etc. Whitesnow took minimalistic approach here by understanding actual user need and avoiding unnecessary fancy features and delivered the solution before scheduled date.

The system allowed the user to design the form using various types of fields available into a template. The form designed by the user can later be filled and rendered dynamically. We equipped the system with various ArcGis Maps, Dashboards and graphs, Document explorer, Gantt charts and various other widgets for analytics, tracking and management.
The iOS mobile apps were supporting apps to the huge Simplify i3 system. We built a form rendering service in swift 4 which rendered the user designed custom forms with various types of fields. Various other features in the mobile applications were media handling, location handling, GIS integration with ArcGis Maps and Push Notifications handling. The system covered 2 mobile Applications i.e Simplify i3 Technician App and Simplify i3 Citizen App. The Simplify i3 Technician App worked in both online and offline modes
